Submit your file
Pay the application fee (CHF 95 incl. VAT) and describe your situation. Your reviewer then collects documents — passport, contracts, statements, parental support where relevant — through a secure channel.

Human assessment
We analyse income against target rent, savings, professional or academic stability, and document quality. Software helps read; people decide. Typical internal turnaround: a few business days, 48 h with the urgent option.

Decision, quote & guarantee
Approved files receive a written guarantee quote based on amount and duration. Once accepted and paid, we issue your guarantee documents to include in rental applications. Declined files receive a written explanation of what would need to change.
SwissGuarantor is an independent private service. The issuance of a guarantee is never automatic: every file is assessed individually and the final decision always rests with our team. SwissGuarantor is neither a bank nor an insurance company, and a guarantee does not entitle anyone to a lease — landlords decide freely.
