We collect only what the assessment requires: your contact details, the answers you give in the eligibility check and application form, and the documents you transmit to your reviewer. Payment data is processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
Financial documents are the most sensitive data we handle, and we treat them accordingly: encrypted transmission, access restricted to the reviewer in charge of your file, no sharing with landlords, agencies or any third party beyond what you explicitly request (for example, confirming a guarantee’s validity to an agency — never its underlying finances).
Data is retained for the duration required by the service and Swiss legal obligations, then deleted. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time at info@dr-immobilier.ch. Processing complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
