Scope. SwissGuarantor (a brand of ABC Office, Crissier, Switzerland) provides assessment of rental applications and may, after individual approval at its sole discretion, issue a private rental guarantee. The application fee purchases the assessment service only — never a guarantee, whose issuance remains a separate, free decision of SwissGuarantor.
Your obligations. You provide truthful, complete information and authentic documents. False or falsified documents terminate the engagement immediately without refund and void any issued guarantee, with reporting where the law requires.
Guarantee. Where issued, the guarantee’s exact scope, amount, duration and conditions are those of the written guarantee agreement, which prevails over any website description. A guarantee creates no entitlement to any lease.
Payment. Fees are payable in advance in CHF, VAT included. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Law and forum. Swiss law; forum at the seat of ABC Office, mandatory provisions reserved.
